- For smartphones, Online trade in requires internet / Wi-Fi connection for the diagnostics process to be completed and submitted.

- Once order is placed, you will be contacted within 48 hours pick up/ drop off arrangement at your selected address and time.
- Upon collection, re-verification of the device condition will be done.
- Any changes in price will be communicated before order is finalised.
- The device value will be credited to bank account directly upon confirmation.
- All devices will undergo a thorough inspection before being accepted for trade in.
