Now you can trade-in your old Apple computer for credit towards the purchase of a new computer at Machines. Your information and documents in your Mac are securely erased, protecting your data from being used by the next owner.

How the Trade-in Program Works
- Fill out the trade-in form below to get an initial estimate of your computer's trade-in value.
- In the meantime, you should back up your old computer at home, or plan to apply some of your trade-in credit towards having us transfer the data onto the new computer for you. Make sure to check your backup carefully because your old computer will be securely erased after you trade it in.
- Bring your old computer into Machines head office (Map & Directions) with as many of its original accessories as possible: original box, power cord, original software installation disks, keyboard, mouse, etc.
- Our staff will have the computer tested and give you a final trade-in offer based on the computer's condition and accessories included. If you accept the offer, you'll leave with a cash voucher.
