machines now offer the option for customers to purchase their favourite Apple products on our web store for in-store pickup at no extra cost.

Customers can now look up their favourite items online, add the product to cart, and select “store pickup”. At check out, customers can select their preferred machines outlet and proceed to payment as usual. An email confirmation will be sent to their registered email address confirming the payment. 

Within 3-7 working days, a follow up email containing a QR code will be sent to the customer, confirming that their product is available for pickup at their selected store. Customers can then bring this email to the store, flash the QR code email to the outlet staff to collect their product.
