Machines Protection Plan(MPP) provides repair or replacement coverage, both parts, and labour, from Apple-authorised technicians. Service coverage includes the following:
- Your Apple device
- Battery2
- Coverage for up to one (01) incident of accidental damage,4 each subject to a service fee of (from) RM349 for repair or replacement cost (total device replacement).
- All rates is in local currency RM.
- Rechargeable battery coverage on mobile phones is only applicable when the rechargeable battery cannot be charged beyond 50% and is subject to a one-time only rechargeable battery repair or replacement.
- Machines Protection Plan(MPP) is only applicable for new units purchased at Machines stores.
- Only (01) one valid claim per term for hardware service, water damage or accidental drop.
- Under the Machines Protection Plan(MPP) you will pay a listed service fee for each full device replacement or parts replacement and RM46 service fee for the mobile phone one-time battery replacement occurring during the Extended Warranty Period. For mobile phone screen replacements there will be no service fee payable.

You can buy Machines Protection Plan(MPP) with your new device or within 30 days of your device purchase date. Just choose one of the online or offline options below. If you purchase Machines Protection Plan(MPP) within thirty (30) days of the device purchase date, a 25-day waiting period will apply before you can request services under the plan but coverage begins on the date you purchase the device.
