*Terms & Conditions : Updated: 1 April 2015. Prices inclusive of 6% GST. No charges for on-site service and pickup with prior approval from Apple Toll Free 1-800-803-638. Spare parts are excluded. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia. Payment is strictly through cash / credit card. Repair warranty will be for 90 days from date repaired. On Site appointment is on ‘best effort basis’ within 48 hours. Service Charges are subjected to change without prior notice. ‘Within Klang Valley’ not exceeding 45 km additional charges apply if agreed. Machines is not responsible for any loss of data whatsoever during the course of repair. All repaired unit will be disposed off at Machines discretion, if not collected within 90 days, no reminder will be issued. A nominal inspection fee will be charged should you cancel or do not wish to proceed with the repair, as stipulated. You are advised to backup the data in your machine prior to sending it for repair. A nominal fee will be charged should you wish Machines to backup your data, as stipulated. Quotation will be furnished if repair cannot be completed due to damage not covered under the terms of an Apple One Year Hardware Warranty or an AppleCare Protection Plan.
